This summer, 40,000 teenagers took part in universal national service. Organized by the Ministry of Education, it could eventually be generalized.
In the Val de Marne, the France Télévisions teams went to meet around forty young people. Aged 15 to 17, they experience universal national service. This is a great first for these volunteers.
