On the Loire side, a bunch of old friends have set themselves a somewhat crazy project: restore a service station on the Nationale 7. The volunteers hope to give a second life to the building, abandoned for forty years.

Forty years ago, the old service station of the Nationale 7 was abandoned, in cause of‘a lack of profitability. If it escaped destruction, it was because there was no viable plan to replace it. A boon for the association “Cars, Utilities and Company”, to which the region has given the green light to restore the place. The group of retirees meets almost daily at the gas station, in the objective from him restore the appearance it had when it was inaugurated in 1957.
