(Montreal) A conflict which would have degenerated between three people would have led to an attack with stabbing, Friday evening, in the Hochelaga district, in Montreal.

Officers from the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) were called to Letourneux Avenue near Adam Street around 9:40 p.m.
“When the police arrived on the scene, they located the victim, a man aged around 30. He was conscious and injured in the upper body. He was taken to a hospital,” said Caroline Chèvrefils, spokesperson for the SPVM. At this time, his condition was unknown.
According to initial information, a conflict would have degenerated between the victim and two suspects. They reportedly fled on foot following the stabbing.
Witnesses were met by the police, and the scene was protected to allow investigators and forensic identification technicians to establish the causes and circumstances of the incident.
