This solution is called “It will be fine even better tomorrow”: We created boxes because we consider that they are real gifts that are offered by the company to its employees, whether they are managers or employees. In these boxes, there is a digital journey with tech, knowledge, exercises to prepare for the sessions that employees can have with a company health expert. There are three sessions of an hour and a half for the employee, one month before the resumption. The manager has a coaching session to welcome back his employee”, details Cécile Prioul at franceinfo.

On the program of these three sessions: an assessment of what has just happened, time devoted to self-confidence and a third part on the needs of the person returning to work. The idea is to avoid incapacity.

It took three years of preparation to develop these boxes, to find a partner to digitize them and to weave a network of health experts in the workplace.
