Auspicious day for the Greens: the club announces the arrival of two new midfielders! The first, Mathieu Cafaro, is a 25-year-old attacking midfielder. Trained in Châteauroux, he wore the colors of Toulouse FC, Stade de Reims and Standard de Liège. It is moreover from Belgium that he arrives, loaned by the Liège club, with option to buy.
Second recruit of the day, Victor Lobry, also a midfielder, was free of any contract after playing for two years with Pau. Trained in Reims then passed through Limoges, Tours and Avranches, Lobry made sparks under the colors of Pau. At 27, he is considered one of the revelations of Ligue 2.
ASSE is therefore up to five reinforcements during this summer transfer window, after the arrivals of Dylan Chambost (midfielder) Anthony Briançon and Jimmy Giraudon (both defenders).
