Exceptional show this morning on Radio France Bleu Drôme Ardèche: Carte Blanche to Varoujean Nazar and “Solid’ Agri 26”.

We were live from the magnificent terrace of the restaurant “Le Café des Arts” under the shade of the Platanes in Romans, received by the host of the Café des Arts, Denis Redon.

With us also Pierre-Yves Arthaud, of the Serres Des Rosettes Arthaud, famous horticulturist of Mours Saint Eusèbe, And Mr. Carlos Asencio Arboriculturist of “Fruits du Bourg” in Bourg les Valence.

We were able to talk about the creation and all the missions of “Solid’Agri 26”, Pierre Yves Arthaud and Carlos Asencio, told us about their professions, their passions.

As for the chef, Denis Redon, he gave us a recipe for trout cooked in Crozes-Hermitage.
