Since Thursday July 7, several hundred Californian firefighters have been trying to put out a gigantic blaze in the famous Yosemite park in the United States, which is home to nearly 500 of the largest sequoias in the world. It is visited by three million people every year. Tourists are now prohibited from entering through its southern part. Hotels were even evacuated.
