Meet in Chédigny, a remarkable garden village that invites you to stroll!

If you want to slow down, find yourself projected out of time, reconnect with the “dolce vita”, go spend a day at Chedigny ! This village classified as “Remarkable Garden” with 1000 roses and at least as many perennials is very pleasant to discover, you can walk its streets and alleys all vegetated, have lunch and enter the studio-galleries of the many artists who live there, such as Alain Plouvier in particular.
The priest’s garden where we are today is unique in France, as explained here by Clément Barret, the head gardener of Chédigny, and it would be a shame to pass by without stopping. Guided tours are offered.
Tonight, July 9, you have an appointment in this garden with “Il was a leaf”, a musical tale by the Compagnie Quart de Soupir which will be played at 6 p.m.
Finally, note the birth of a new festival on 29 and 30 July: “De bouche et de blues” which brings together blues and gastronomy.
