This Friday morning, we were live from the Provençal market in Dieulefit.
From the stand of the Regional Natural Park of Baronnies Provençales, we were welcomed by Laura and Violaine.
On the program of this program: the discovery of our local products, with Angélique Jullian from the Farm “Le Plateau de Truinas” in Truinas, and her charcuterie from pigs, born, raised and transformed at the Farm. (Terrines, Pâtés with olives, Murson, Rillettes, Raw ham, Sausage…)
And the marvelous Bottles of the “Domaine du Chêne Vert” in Mirabel in the Baronnies, Violaine Trollat and Célia, had brought us the wine, the Olives and Olive Oils AOP Nyons, from the “Domaine du Chêne Vert”. (AOC Côtes du Rhône Village Nyons, Suze La Rousse, Pitted Olives, Tapenades…)
We feasted, with the recipes of chef Thierry Chalancon, from “L’Oiseau sur sa Branche” in Saou…
