Boris Johnson’s tumultuous three years in Downing Street

Boris Johnson has kept an offbeat style throughout his tenure, to be the center of attention as much as to cover his tracks. Over the months, however, it has annoyed more than amused the British. The general public had discovered it with enthusiasm when he was mayor of London (United Kingdom), and already a fan of wacky staging, as during the Olympic Games in 2012. With his thunderous style, he has made it a priority to sign the Brexit agreement, of which he is a strong supporter. He reached his goal in 2020, on Christmas Day. However, the Prime Minister ended up paying for his misbehavior, from the expensive renovation of his apartment at Partygate. Illegal parties have indeed taken place in Downing Street, during the confinements. Before apologizing, Boris Johnson laboriously defended himself. His popularity will not recover. From scandal to scandal, he ended up losing control of Parliament.
