Arlette and Noémie says yes selected at the Angoulême Film Festival





WhileArlette is selected in official competition at the Angoulême Francophone Film Festival, the poster for the film starring Maripier Morin has been unveiled.

Directed by Mariloup Wolfe, the feature also includes Gilbert Sicotte, David La Haye, Paul Ahmarani and Benoît Brière among its cast.

Maripier Morin plays Arlette Saint-Amour, a young woman who runs a fashion magazine and who is contacted by the Premier of Quebec to rejuvenate the image of her government. She will be appointed Minister of Culture, nothing less.

The trailer ofArlette was unveiled three weeks ago for release on August 5.

The 15the Angoulême Francophone Film Festival will take place in France from August 23-28. The film Noémie says yes of Geneviève Albert is also in official competition after being presented at the opening of Rendez-vous Québec Cinéma last April.
