Right and far left face to face at the Grenoble court

Far left and right face each other this Thursday, July 7 at the Grenoble court. In front of the courthouse, around twenty right-wing sympathizers chanted slogans in the face of around forty anti-fascist activists. It’s a rally of support from both sides.

Far-left supporters are suspected of having hit – on the night of April 19 to 20 – several activists from UNI, a right-wing student organization. In all, four people were implicated. A high school student, minor, presented in June to a judge for children and three adults. The latter are on trial today, they risk three years in prison and a fine of 45,000 euros.
