Comedian Adib Alkhalidey will offer an exclusive performance to indoor spectators at all the galas of the 40e anniversary of Just for Laughs, which will be held from July 13 to 31.

“For us, Adib is an artist of excellence! He is a unifying, sensitive and hyper-relevant humorist,” said Patrick Rozon, vice-president of French-language content for the Just for Laughs Group.
It was Yvon Deschamps who offered this exclusivity during the 25e festival anniversary.
New guests have also joined the galas that return this year to mark the 40th anniversary of Just for Laughs. The Ouellette Family, David Beaucage, Daphné Létourneau and Oussama Fares will notably be alongside Pierre-Yves Roy-Desmarais, while Roxane Bruneau, Mathieu Dufour, Alexandre Champagne, Simon Delisle, Eddy King, Antoni Rémillard, Rachelle Elie and Christophe Dupéré will will join Phil Roy.
Kevin Raphael, Sinem Kara and Daniel Tirado join the guests of Richardson Zéphir and Eddy King, while Rosalie Vaillancourt can count on the presence of Jean-Michel Martel, Véronique Isabel Filion, Coco Béliveau and Pic-Bois.
Surprise personalities are also planned, while each gala already presents a different guest list from one performance to another.
Just for Laughs will also invade rue Saint-Denis for this special edition, with performances in theatre, dance, music, circus and clowning.
