The new government was unveiled on Monday 4 July. In the evening, Emmanuel Macron promised a government of action and ambition to reform France. The 19/20 returns in detail to the new team of Elisabeth Borne.

Roland Lescure is appointed Deputy Minister in charge of Industry, and Jean-Noel Barrot is appointed Minister Delegate for the Digital Transition and Telecommunications. Damian Abadunder investigation for attempted rape, is dismissed from the government. Among the new faces, Olivier Klein, who came from the left, was appointed Minister Delegate for Cities and Housing.
