The Beatles, Shakespeare, Sting, Purcell, Elgar, Britten, James Bond… and the royal family, this is what our imagination of British culture boils down to… The 2022 Festival will therefore try to broaden our horizons, even if the task is an impossible mission: but the discoveries will be there as every summer.

The return of the great formations

…finally made possible with the end of the pandemic: the Montpellier Occitanie National Orchestra, the National Orchestra of France, the Radio France Choir, the Elements Choir, the Mediterranean Youth Orchestraand as guests of honor the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and its leader Maxim Emelyanychev. The end of the pandemic is also the return of Hustle and bustle in full force on the Georges Frêche esplanade in Montpellier, the great jazz evenings at the Amphi d’O, and a few “so British” surprises.
