Acquired from Rangers in 2018, McDonagh did the Lightning proud, with whom he recorded 99 points and maintained a plus-74 rating in 267 games. He was a key element of the two Stanley Cup conquests, in 2020 and 2021.
Myers, 25, has played 27 games for Nashville this season, registering one goal and three assists.
