There are fears for his life if he is not found quickly, his family having had no news of him since Wednesday. Charleric Ouellet was last seen on June 29 around 3 p.m. in the rang Saint-Ange sector.

Authorities believe that Mr. Ouellet probably isolated himself in a place sheltered from the weather. Thus, the Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ) is asking residents of the area to check their property to see if Charleric Ouellet has not found refuge there.

“Police will continue research today on the ground to check places that could have served as a shelter,” said the SPVQ in a statement.

Anyone with information to locate Charleric Ouellet is asked to contact 911.
