At the La Tourtière bio des Landes Michelle & Simon store and laboratory at 425 Av. du Maréchal Lyautey, we make excellent landaise pieswith prunes, with apples with blueberries, but also very good landes pastis, plain or with blueberries as well. Landaise pies are now available in savory versions with seasonal products. Organic products lovingly baked by Michelle and Simon, mother and son. They also suffer from a range of small cookies at very attractive prices, basque cakes. Gluten and lactose intolerant will find what they are looking for.

Possibility for you to order some for all your events. Savory meat pies that vary in their compositions according to the availability of organic and local seasonal products. A Landes pastis, a real one, but with blueberries like a Pyrenean pie. A creation that dates back to Michelle and Simon but that still works as well. Pastis that you will find in classic version but also mini for adults and children!
Demonstration of meat pies on site
Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, manufacturing demonstration at 10:30 a.m. with Michelle who gets her traditional recipe from her mother and who in turn passes on her knowledge. To attend, taste a small Armagnac before starting and ending with a tasting session, you must register with the Biscarrosse tourist office. A demonstration that will cost you 4 euros.
