The Chevrolet involved in Friday’s fatal hit-and-run in Brossard was located Saturday morning near Greenfield Park, in the Longueuil Agglomeration.

“The vehicle was seized so that expertise can be carried out on it,” confirmed the Longueuil Agglomeration Police Service (SPAL).
On the night of June 24, around 4:20 a.m., a 25-year-old woman was hit by a black 4-door Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck in Brossard, at the intersection of Rome Boulevard and Lautrec Street. The suspect then allegedly “fleed towards Taschereau Boulevard in his pick-up with damage to the front bumper, passenger side,” said SPAL.
The investigation is continuing and the police are still looking for the suspect.
