What if you were… a bee?

What if you were a bee… what would your life be like? What would be your happy moments? And your difficulties in life? And throughout your life, how much honey would you produce? And by the way… what is honey? And how do you recognize good honey?

To see things more clearly, Planète Bleu called on Julian Henry, the proud owner of the Maison du Miel since 2017. This century-old institution, listed in the inventory of historical monuments of the city of Paris, is a long-standing partner of the world of gastronomy. In addition to around fifty honey harvests, you can find a range of unique complementary products made by craftsmen.

Passionate and committed to respectful production methods of the earth and the living, Julien today sources honey harvests all over the world, without forgetting to highlight the richness of our French beekeeping heritage.

He notably co-wrote “Les Merveilles du Miel” with Camille Labro and is one of the contributors to the books “We are going to taste” and “We are going to taste France”, a saga initiated by François Régis Gaudry.

He also co-produced the “Tangente” podcast series dedicated to craftsmen with unique life trajectories.
