After filming the 10th edition of the Marrakech of Laughter in front of 3,500 spectators at the Badii Palace, Jamel Debbouze will be on Canal+Saturday 25 June with the Jamel Comedy Club. A return of the show which puts an end to two and a half years of absence on TV. A relief for viewers who couldn’t wait any longer.
For this new season divided into 10 new episodes (shot at the beginning of April at the Comedy Club de Bonne Nouvelle in the 9th arrondissement of Paris), Melissa Theuriau’s husband will be there but will leave the presentation to one of his foals, the excellent Wally Dia. The columnist of France Inter was discovered 10 years ago in 2012 thanks to this troupe.
On the occasion of this great reunion, Léon’s father confided in our colleagues from Tele-Leisure in particular to evoke the personalities who came to attend the various sketches of the various young comedians. One of the stars of MMA, Ciryl Gane had made the trip. “You put him next to a Philippe Katerine and the marriage is unlikely! Like Sofiane Pamart who meets Soolking in the hallways and they think they could do a song together!”
Jamel Debbouze is more than delighted to see these “artists who present themselves”. “And when we go looking for them, they immediately say yes when they are not already taken! We are very happy with the consideration they give us, whether it is Laurent Delahousse, Omar Sy or Zinédine Zidane”he explained. “They like stand-up but also want to give strength to the kids who arrive: they have been there too, it’s like a handover”. And obviously, he was marked by the passage of the companion: “And we’re going to offer them free drinks! Philippe Katerine only came for that!”.
The new season of the Jamel Comedy Club is broadcast this Saturday, June 25 in the clear from 8:35 p.m. on Canal + and on MyCanal.
