US Laval Basket launches its transfer window and recruits two new players

Two new faces at US Laval Basket. The American winger Khaleal McCormick28 years old and 1m98 and the French leader Sandro Perazza, 20, 1.83m, has signed for the USL for one season, the club announced in a press release published on Tuesday. The two players come to reinforce the Laval team for the National 2 next year.

An experience in Europe for McCormick

The American winger, born in Dayton, Ohio arrives free and passed two seasons in Portugal, at FC Barreirense, where he experienced a rise at the end of the 2018-19 season in the first division. He started in Ohio and had a season in Illinois in Chicago. The 28-year-old American will discover France for the first time in his career.

A young leader in Laval

The second recruit arrives from Grenoble. Sandro Perazza, 20 years old and 1m83, started in Échirolles, in the Grenoble suburbs, before leaving for Grenoble in U15 before climbing the ladder. Between 2017 and 2022, it goes from a regional level to the National 2, the current level of the USL.
