The widow of Tom Parker came out of silence this Tuesday on the show Lorraine. The beautiful Kelsey, 32, was asked about her new life after she lost her beloved husband last March when he was just 33. The young woman shocked the public when she broached the subject of her young daughter.
“As soon as she sees a picture of her dad, she says things like “that’s my daddy!“explained the widow of the singer who died of brain cancer last March after more than a year of a fierce battle against the disease.
“I’ll be really honest, she still talks about him everyday, she still doesn’t understand that he won’t come back” she continued. A misunderstanding that Kelsey tries in every way to illuminate, to the point of sometimes being harsh. “I was very rude and told her she’s not coming back, that’s all, he’s dead and he’s not coming back because she didn’t really understand. She’s really disturbed by this. She thinks he’s on tour. But we talk about him every day. She asks me about him every day“. The little one will be 3 years old at the end of the month.
A heartbreaking period that the widow of Tom Parker tries to endure somehow. “He didn’t want us to be sad. It’s only night, but I have to live my life. We’ve been through so much together. The love I had for him was like no one else. I find it so hard not to text him or call him to talk to him. I lost the love of my life.”
The memoirs of the singer published under the name of Hope: My inspirational life became a bestseller. A point on which bounced Kelsey. “The book was number 1 in sales two weeks in a row. He wanted to be sure it was a bestseller and it was. He lived life a hundred miles an hour” she declared. The beauty is drowning her sorrows today by cultivating the legacy of her husband. Indeed, a second book should soon see the light of day on the last months of the life of the young singer.
