The footballers of AJ Auxerre left Limonest this Saturday, November 13 with a new victory, the fourth in a row in all competitions. The Ajaïstes qualified for the eighth round of the Coupe de France by beating FC Limonest Dardilly Saint-Didier (National 3), which plays three divisions below. This victory 4 goals to 2, the supporters of the AJA owe it in large part to the young people of the team.
For its entry into the competition in the Coupe de France, the AJA did not fall into the trap on the lawn of the Courtois Fillon stadium. However, the footballers of FC Limonest opened the scoring with disconcerting speed for the Auxerre supporters, only ten seconds after the kick-off of the match. The Ajaïstes were able to recover and return the match thanks in particular to two players: Mohamed Ben Fredj and Paul Joly. For their first tenure in competition with the first team, the two young footballers scored very good goals. Ben Fredj even scored a hat-trick.
In the eighth round, Auxerre will find Chambéry, another N3 club, in two weeks. But before the Auxerrois resume their way to Ligue 2.
