Among the most striking French series of the late 90s / early 2000s, we can legitimately mention H. In the main roles, we find Éric Judor, Ramzy Bédia and especially Jamel Debbouze. The trio and their pals will make millions of viewers laugh on Canal+ between 1998 and 2002. About 20 years after the end of this comedy, one of France’s favorite comedians has only good memories. “It was extraordinary”he recalled in an interview given to Konbini. The biggest fans remain hopeful for a return of the series. But the main interested party does not seem to agree. “I have the feeling that we shouldn’t deflower this (…) I have the feeling that we shouldn’t go back there. It’s like an ex. That’s it, over. If you come back , you’re going to fuck the sh*t”.
In this interview, Jamel plunged back into his memories and in particular on “Eric (Judor) who did anything”. “Fortunately there were no social networks at the time, he would be in prison (…) And Ramzy, I really have a theory about this guy, I’m sure he ran away of a laboratory”. The good times ?
Jamel Debbouze back on stage for the 10th edition of Marrakech du rire
It was in front of the 3,500 spectators who filled the Badii Palace that Jamel Debbouze returned to the stage for the famous Marrakech du Rire. For this 10th edition (from June 15 to 18 in 2022), several names that marked the event made the trip. We think in particular of Booder, Michaël Youn or Ahmed Sylla. And like every season, the husband of Melissa Theuriau will throw young talents of humor into the deep end!
A few days ago, Leon’s dad talked about one of his projects, namely Marrakech du Rire : Objective Marrakech du Rire. “It’s not a competition, far from it, but as there is a kind of natural competition every year, we will film it! We will follow the winner of this competition who will be the first part of the show [qui n’est pas diffusée à l’antenne, ndlr]or participate directly in the issue”, he explained to Tele-Leisure.
Note that the Jamel Comedy Club will be back next Saturday, June 25 on Canal +. On December 2, 2020, a grand Gala of the show was broadcast.
