For the first cine-gourmand, which combines film and thematic lunch box, Patrick Dubé, executive chef at the Hotel Le Germain Charlevoix, will be inspired by the film Chief !by Jon Favreau.

The following week, Émile Tremblay and Sylvain Dervieux (Faux Bergers) will concoct their menu around The Grand Budapest Hotel, by Wes Anderson. David Forbes, chef of the new Camp Boule restaurant, a mountain refreshment bar, will also take up the playful challenge of harmonizing his dishes with a film, later in the season. The complete program, which also includes “petanque pizza cinema” Wednesdays, documentary Thursdays and family-cinema Fridays, will be revealed on the site throughout the summer. You can attend the evenings in the car, drive-in style, but also on a chair or a blanket. A portable radio will be lent to listen to the film. Better to reserve your seats.
