The disappearance of his mother also caused a significant weight gain in Arnaud. The finalist has indeed accumulated the kilos to weigh 117 kilos. He had to turn to surgery to slim down and had gastric bypass surgery a few months before filming began. Top chef. This operation made him lose 50 kilos.

The return to reality was very complicated

In another interview, for Gala this time, Arnaud was honest about his feelings after the end of the M6 ​​contest. The candidate would not have experienced the resumption of his daily life very well. “The return to reality was very complicated“, he confessed. Somewhat lost, he ended up making a big decision.”For two weeks, I couldn’t get back to work. Much had changed during the weeks of absence. I had to ask myself the right questions about my future.
