Florence Jourde has gourmet roots with a sauce-making grandfather and a mother who had to fight to feed her daughter, following an accident in which Florence was a victim. The key word that often comes back to the mouth of our pastry chef is flavor. The pastries are simply delicious, some are sugar-free but not tasteless! A tour de force, everything is organic of course.
