The Swiss federal criminal court delivered its indictment on Wednesday in the context of the trial against the ex-boss of Fifa and the one who was then his adviser.

A year and eight months suspended prison sentence. From Switzerland, the indictment of Federal Criminal Court of Bellinzona fell Wednesday, June 15. He targets Michel Platini and Sepp Blatter who were appearing for “scam” for a week. The ex-president of Fifa and the Frenchman, then his adviser, are accused of having defrauded the body of world football by obtaining for the former number 10 of the Blues an unjustified payment of 2 million Swiss francs (1.8 million euros).
While the trial is due to last until June 22, the court will issue its decision on July 8 in this case which has destroyed the careers of the two leaders, and in which they face up to five years in prison.
