On May 31 around 1:15 a.m., a first victim left a training center and was waiting for the bus on Bishop-Power Boulevard near George Street. The suspect approached her to ask her a question and then stabbed her in the upper body. The suspect fled at the back of Place LaSalle to the west.
A few days later, on June 4 at around 9:30 p.m., a second victim was walking on Raymond Street near Paul-Séguin Park in LaSalle when she felt a person running behind her and then hit her violently in the face. the back of the neck. The suspect fled through the park.

Nearby surveillance cameras show that the suspect followed the victim for an approximate distance of 300 meters. Several elements similar to the two attacks make it possible to link them to the same suspect. His composite portrait has been made.
