1:06 p.m. : Russia has handed over its first passports to residents of Kherson, a city occupied by Moscow troops in southern Ukraine. According to the official TASS agency, 23 residents received the document via a “simplified procedure” permitted thanks to a decree signed by Vladimir Putin.
12:54 p.m. : “Among these civilian detainees, we have identified 230 women, in addition to the 270 female soldiers captured (…) They are imprisoned under the same conditions as men, particularly with regard to torture. They also have their heads shaved .”
