The cypress farm in Courtisols
This Sunday, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., the Rollet family opens the doors of the cypress farm to the public on the occasion of the organic milk festival in the Grand Est. A privileged moment to discover the life of the farm, dairy production in organic farming and a convivial moment around a snack. Local producers will be present for the greediest among you: milk, butter, cereals, eggs, jam, bread, vegetables and fruit, yogurts and even ice cream…
Vegetables and fruits from the farm
Claude Rollet took over the farm 45 years ago! From the start, he converted market gardening into organic farming, against all odds. Since then, he has switched the herd of cows to organic as well. Now retired, Claude passed the business on to his son Théophile, and still takes care of fruit and vegetables.
Passionate about dairy farming, I settled here in 1977
A family matter
At the Rollets, we do everything as a family. Béatrice, Théophile’s aunt and Claude’s sister-in-law, specifically takes care of the farm shop and the markets. A real little shop that also hosts other local products.
For the past two or three years, customers have particularly appreciated kohlrabi
Live the farm life!
Candice is currently a trainee as part of her studies, she is preparing a CGEA pro baccalaureate. The discovery of the cypress farm was a revelation for this future farmer. She discovered a passion for breeding dairy cows.

The organic milk festival in the Grand Est
The organic milk festival is also an opportunity to learn about animal feed, the absence of chemicals and respect for the environment, the taste of organic food and the meaning of logos. and their control. This is the role, in particular of Sébastien Dusoir of Bio Grand Est.
