Marc Endeweld, journalist and author of multiple investigations, came to talk about his latest book “Hidden Wars: the underside of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict”, on the Franceinfo 23h set.
A first question posed to journalist Marc Endeweld: is this the end of happy globalization? “In any case, the Covid and the war in Ukraine have revealed our dependence on many factors such as energy dependence”, he says. The purpose of this survey is to highlight the energy and economic issues of this war. The nuclear issue is also addressed in this book.
“Vladimir Putin wants to impose on Ukraine a state of dependence on the economy of Russia”, analyzes Marc Endeweld. He also adds that the war in Ukraine “not limited to the Donbass region or territorial issues”. According to him, there is currently an upheaval in the geostrategic balances in Europe.
