Michel Platini’s trial opened on Wednesday June 8. He is on trial for fraud in a Swiss court, along with former FIFA boss Sepp Blatter. It all started with the payment of nearly 2 million euros to Michel Platini by FIFA in 2011, for work as an adviser carried out nine years earlier.
