Never two without three ? After the victories of Alexis Vuillermoz on Monday and David Gaudu on Tuesday, the French fans are asking for more, Wednesday June 8 on the fourth stage of the Critérium du Dauphiné. The 148 riders have 32 kilometers to cover alone in the time trial between Montbrison and La Bâtie d’Urfé (Loire). The Frenchman Rémi Cavagna, an outstanding driver, is keen to do well, while he is racing almost at home. But for that he must compete with the reigning world champion, Filippo Ganna, and his runner-up, Wout van Aert.
The latter is revengeful after having missed the victory by nothing on Tuesday. The Jumbo-Visma rider also wants to protect his overall leader’s yellow jersey. Follow the race live:
