Job description:
You will work in collaboration with the chef.
It’s about a careful catering, market cuisine, seasonal, 100% homemade from bread to dessert.
The restaurant seats around 20 per service and offers a slate menu, a tasting menu and a seasonal truffle menu.
Your profile :
– You are passionate about gastronomy, you like to eat and give pleasure through cooking.
– You are motivated, curious and voluntary.
– You wish to integrate a kitchen on a human scale where we cook in an artisanal way and where it is possible to learn new things every day, thanks to a menu which evolves with the sandstone of the seasons from fresh, raw and local.
Practical information :
You will work continuously, Thursday to Monday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. to provide evening services.
Monthly salary to be negotiated according to the profile from 1850 to 2000€ over 12 months + Mutual insurance + Catering
