Among the candidates for the elections legislative, some are not professional politicians. This is the case in the Doubs, where a 53-year-old baker decided to present himself. Stéphane Ravacley had gone on a hunger strike to obtain the regularization of his apprentice.
Stéphane Ravacley, a baker, dreams of being a member of the National Assembly. Between two batches, he prepares for the legislative election, since he is the Nupes candidate in the 2nd district of Doubs. A candidate for the first time, he is however no stranger. A year ago, he embarked on a hunger strike to defend his apprentice, threatened with expulsion. Stéphane Ravacley is now an environmental candidate.
Facing him, after 30 years in the green colors, Éric Alauzet, outgoing deputy, is now a member of the presidential majority. Since the announcement of the candidacy of Stéphane Ravacley, he has been upstaged. In the countryside, he knocks on the doors of the inhabitants in order to make himself better known. For the Rassemblement national candidate, Éric Fusis, the question does not arise: the two candidates are two sides of the same coin. He criticizes them in particular for having “voted Macron in the second round”.
