To avoid overflows, the Prefecture of Police had planned a device of more than 6800 police officers. Military included! As many media and Internet users have pointed out, spectators were unfortunately unable to enter the stadium despite buying their tickets. Others managed to enter the enclosure by climbing fences to the chagrin of the security guards.
