EREBE is a group formed by Hugo Lavesque on vocals, Clément Letard on guitar, Augustin Braud on rhythm guitar, Maxime Malingre on bass and Quentin Lefèvre on drums. It all started in 2013 at FAC where Augustin, Maxime and Quentin formed a first group. A few years later, the decision is made: Resume the musical adventure, between friends, by inviting Hugo and Clément on this new project “EREBE“, in reference to Greek mythology (deity who represents death).

AEON, the first album
Structures, Drowned, Sun Leak and Collector are the titles we listen to on “La Nouvelle Scène”, titles just discovered by fans of metal and progressive rock when the group’s first album was released in April 2022. This first album was mainly composed by Augustin, the lyrics are by Hugo, and everyone worked together to finalize it. It’s a “containment” album, where all the members got into the game of getting 100% involved in it. The feedback is very good: A refreshing, original album… “The nugget of French metal!”
It’s a very important album for us, which represents the shaping of heavy things to carry. We share very personal emotions and feelings.

The second album is in preparation!
First album released, Quentin, Augustin, Maxime, Clément and Hugo are already working on the second! For this album, it’s a real team effort. EREBE announces an album more influenced by extreme metal, while being brighter, with more melodies and less expected structures. We will have to wait before discovering it, the time for you to go and applaud the group in concert with the 1st “AEON”.
