Every Saturday noon, Jade and Eric Dussart and their guest remake TV on RTL. The two hosts receive a personality from the cultural or television world and question them about their tastes in terms of television programs. This Saturday, May 28, 2022, it is Jacques Legros who will play the guest game. The opportunity for Marie-Sophie Lacarrau’s joker to give his opinion on the competition.
On the show’s Instagram account, some excerpts from the interview were revealed. The journalist notably lent himself to the famous game of “Jacques à dit”. And quite surprising it may seem, Jacques Legros confided watching some reality TV programs. “Yes I like some shows like “Married at First Sight” and “Cauchemar en cuisine” and I think I’m going to like the return of Star Ac.“, confides the one who has long been the joker of Jean-Pierre Pernaut at 1 p.m. of TF1.
As to whether the journalist would one day like to present the debate between the two rounds of the presidential election, he is rather categorical. “It’s so codified, it’s so stuck that this kind of debate won’t excite me, no, I prefer eye-to-eye shows“, he explains. On this subject, Jacques Legros confides that he would very much like to redo his program “Plein les yeux” which he presented with Carole Rousseau at the end of the 90s. Broadcast from October 29, 1997 to January 2003 on TF1, this program offered reports on spectacular and breathtaking stories.
And when Eric Dussart asked him if he thought he was legitimate to replace him at the head of “We redo the TV” on RTL, Jacques Legros was particularly inspired and above all full of sarcasm. “I think it’s time yes because this show is slipping, we no longer find the tone or the concept of the beginning, it invites anyone, it releases documents that come out of nowhere and it’s really not the program that I advise you to watch“, he concludes with humor.
