In the United Kingdom, the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II is preparing. In the program : four days of celebration to celebrate 70 years of reign. The event promises to be grandiose, with a military and aerial parade and hundreds of musicians. Preparations have already started.
The United Kingdom is preparing to celebrate its Queen. The cranes are busy on the forecourt of Buckingham Palace to install the platform and the stage for the ceremonies. Every Briton intends to celebrate the event in their own way. “I decorated my whole house and we’re going to have a toast in his honor”, reports a woman. “I can not wait. We organized a block party with my family”, testifies another woman. “I will put my bowler hat in the colors of the United Kingdom and I will even plant British flags on it”says a man.
In recent months, the British have been concerned about the state of health of Elizabeth II. Even before the start of the official celebrations, the tributes are multiplying. A cake was created in his honor, inspired by his wedding dessert or even a tree installed under the windows of Buckingham Palace to represent the unity of the British nation. The British are already rushing to the shops to buy products bearing the image of the queen.
