Everyone in Montardon at the Picking of the Aragnon which invites us to the Strawberry Festival on May 26th it’s good it’s a holiday there will be entertainment all day and the chef of the bistro Henri Chesnesec has planned a menu entirely around the strawberry (on reservation). Pauline Lacaze, one of the picking employees, tells us about the different varieties of strawberries like the Rubis that we taste live.

At the moment fennel, zucchini, beets, potatoes, herbs and of course strawberries and it’s not the new chef of the bistro Henri Chesnesec who will complain about it, he tells us it’s a real paradise for him. You can have lunch from Tuesday to Saturday facing this extraordinary garden.
Picking is open from Tuesday to Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday morning from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
