Once upon a time… Muroise & company. In the 1950s, a family doctor from Vallet, a botanist in his spare time, discovered an unknown bramble in his garden… Many years later and after much research, we discovered that this little fruit was from California and that it was the result from a natural cross between two varieties of wild mulberry and a red raspberry… Thus was born the Muroise! The recipe was first declined in jams then in sorbet, coulis, liqueur, fruit paste… In 2012, the Muroise made new followers: Estelle and Magali decided to perpetuate the tradition, to titillate your taste buds, to tease your nostrils, to make you discover Muroise and its variations… They founded the company Muroise & compagnie. A whole sweet, refined and “homemade” universe. At breakfast, at tea time, discover 100% artisanal jams, generous in pieces of fruit…
