what is ecological planning?

As soon as she took office on Monday 16 May, the Prime Minister ELisabeth Borne has clearly identified a file that should punctuate her action at Matignon: ecological planning. Two ministers will be responsible for implementing it. A minister will be in charge of energy, we are talking about “energy planning”the other to decline ecological planning on the territory, it is the “territorial planning”. On the energy side, ELisabeth Borne will have to launch six nuclear reactors and fifty offshore wind farms, for commissioning in 2050.

Finally, the energy renovation of housing: the objective is to convert 3,500,000 by the end of the five-year period. The president has promised to increase the budget for ecological transition by 50 billion euros during his second five-year term.
