(Ottawa) Gummies-type gummies that may contain pieces of metal are being recalled by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.

The recall involves Mars Wrigley Canada Company Life Savers, Skittles and Starburst brand gummies.
The food inspection agency warns that the affected products must not be “used, sold, served or distributed”.
The affected treats were sold nationwide.
However, this is a Class 3 recall which Health Canada says relates to situations where “use of, or exposure to, a product is not expected to result in adverse health consequences. “.
