first day of the 75th edition

“Zombies”. Everyone has this word in their mouths Tuesday, May 17 on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet (Alpes-Maritimes). This is the theme of Cut!the Michel’s new comedy Hazanaviciuspresented on this first day of the festival. This is a parody of a horror movie set. “A comedy that makes you laugh, cry, which talks about solidarity, about doing things together, which talks about cinema, how to make cinema with three francs six cents”says Berenice Bejowho acts in the film.

The star of the day is Virginie Efiramistress of the opening and closing ceremonies of the festival and starred in two films presented at Cannes. “the cinema is clearly at the heart of my life. Even when I wasn’t making any, I had a little diary where I noted the films, I saw the reviews (…). This magic is totally preserved”says the actress. In all, 4000 journalists from around the world from 90 countries will cover this international film festival.
