American star Britney Spears announces she had a miscarriage

American pop superstar Britney Spears announced that she had a miscarriage on Saturday, May 14, in a message posted on Instagram with her companion Sam Asghari. “It is with the deepest sadness that we have to announce that we have lost our miracle baby during pregnancy”explains this post from the 40-year-old singer, already a mother of two, and her 28-year-old companion.

On April 11, the singer surprised her fans by announcing her pregnancy on social networks: “I took a pregnancy test… Uh well… I’m expecting a baby”. This news was announced five months after the American justice in Los Angeles had given him control over his personal life by ending the guardianship exercised mainly by his father, Jamie Spears.

The measure was decided in 2008 due to psychological disorders of the star, who called it a“abusive” and which, according to her, prevented her from removing her contraceptive IUD despite her desire to have more children.
