To celebrate Saint-Honoré, we have decided to introduce you to 100% Béarnais bread and its Noste Pan association chaired by Pascal Wozniak, a famous baker from Lembeye, accompanied by 2 of the 31 member bakers: Thierry Decorte de Nay and Martial Camilla d’Orthez. By buying Noste Pan you participate in the maintenance of sustainable agriculture and fair trade allowing the maintenance of farmers, millers and bakers from Béarn involved in the sector. Initially it was a request from the department and enthusiasm did the rest.

Noste Pan is a traditional French bread, it is found in different forms but of the same quality at all the bakers involved in this very short circuit approach!
Pascal Wozniak, Martial Camilla and Thierry Decorte explain to us the approach of Noste Pan and how they offer it in their respective bakeries. Our guests all have a specialty like Martial Camilla (Orthez) with his very pleasant pumpkin bread, with a very mild taste and his Basque cakes. Thierry Decorte (Nay) has just joined Noste Pan last March, he of course offers the baguette, bread with seeds but he is the pastry. Pascal Wozniak (Lembeye) spreads the production of all his kinds of bread over the week.
