Mr. Legault, as a politician, understood that all taxpayers have a wallet. Not all citizens have a child who needs care. Not all citizens have physical or mental health problems. […] Not all citizens have problems finding adequate housing. Community organizations held at arm’s length by volunteers and dedicated and poorly paid employees, who really cares?
