The man suspected of having killed the leader Antoine Alleno, son of multi-starred chef Yannick Alléno, by overthrowing him overnight from Sunday to Monday in Paris, was indicted announcing this Wednesday evening. He was remanded in custody.

The 24-year-old man was charged for the counts of “manslaughter by the driver of a motorized land vehicle aggravated by the manifest state of drunkenness and the invalidation of the driver’s driving licence”.
He is also accused of “involuntary injuries aggravated by the same circumstances, damage, theft with violence and hit and run. “
The driver known to the police and wanted
The driver was already known to the police. He was wanted to serve “two previous convictions, of six and three months’ imprisonment, pronounced by another jurisdiction”.
Be one total sentence of 9 months imprisonment, according to the Paris prosecutor’s office.
